Unit A:
One Bedroom - 531 sq. feet ---- $2,900
Unit B: One Bedroom - 562 sq. feet ---- $2,900
Unit C: Two Bedroom - Two Bath - 826 sq. feet -- $3,320
Second Person Additional Fees:
$650 per month, plus Level of Care Fee (if applicable).
Level of Care Fees are determined based on the resident’s capabilities and individual care needs.
Level One: $300 per month - Occasional assistance
Level Two: $500 per month - Daily assistance
Level Three: $700 per month - Extensive daily assistance
Rates and fees do not apply to Medicaid Waiver recipients.
